Q1: Is the power disconnected?

"I'm just replacing a small part, it'll be fine"—one of the most dangerous thoughts.

GENMA reminds you: Before any maintenance, shut down the motor and disconnect the control circuit power. Post warning signs in visible areas. High voltage doesn't care if you're "just looking." Disconnect, lockout, tagout—every step matters.

Q2: Is the ground safe?

Where is the machine positioned? Is the ground firm and level? Soft soil or sloped surfaces can cause a hundred-ton machine to tip—with serious consequences.
